Hi,
I share a usenet account with a couple of people so the max. connections are sometimes full so that I cannot connect immediately and I have to wait for an open slot. Sabnzbd tries to reconnect only every 10 minutes if a server connection fails. Can I somehow reduce the time so that it tries to reconnect every couple of seconds?

You can go into Config > Specials and turn on "no_penalties". I think that should reduce the penalties for everything to 1 minute.

No sorry, they are hard-coded.
Get yourself a cheap server maybe?
