Sine updating to the new SAB whenever I try to download from DOGnzb it either doesn't do it and sends the file to another folder all together or if it does download it the file is so full of useless crap that Plex doesn't upload it to the system.
I have went and deleted SAB and tried to reinstall but I keep getting this issue, if I had any hair left I would be pulling it out. Has anyone had this sort of issue before or know what is going on and how I can fix it?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

What does it not do? Fetch the file?
I myself also have DOGnzb and have no troubles really.
So sending to the other folder is probably the matching of categories based on the information inside the NZB file, maybe change the names of your categories or verify the settings?
What OS and SABnzbd version are you on?

When I click on the file in DOG it doesn't transfer anymore to SAB to process. I updated to the current version of SAB and even when I delete it and go back to a previous install it still doesn't process the new movie or tv show.

Ah, in that case you have to verify the host and port settings in Dog. Make sure that also sabnzbd is setup correctly to listen to external connections.
