I have downloaded everything I was asked to download, and I even gave up my credit card, but I still can't get the book I wanted. The "queue" page just says they're trying to download my URL. I have no idea what to do

Sorry, what are you talking about? Credit card?

Just to be clear, we don't require you to pay any money for our software or tell you to download stuff.

What exactly did you install and what are you trying to do?
