Detect duplicate episodes in series false positive (2.0.1)

I noticed yesterday that an episode was incorrectly detected as a duplicate. Their formats were A.Release.S0xExx.720p.WEBRip.x264-GROUP and A.Release.S0xExx.1080p.WEBRip.x264-GROUP. Has anyone else had this happen?

Do you have the detecting of duplicate episodes not turned on? It's because in this case it just detected that it was the same episode.
If you only want true duplicates, turn on only true duplicate detection and not the series detection.

Edit: On an unrelated note, is the Apply Filters button (RSS) supposed to appear after the program is restarted even if no changes have been made?

Yeah the RSS button thing is indeed there after a restart, even if you didn't change anything. It's a bit of a bug indeed.
