It will not allow me to set them to a mapped drive after upgrading to the latest version 2.0, have the directories on a file server before, no issues for months, upgrade, no longer able to set to y:\incomplete or y:\complete. always says cannot create directories, they already existed, so I changed the names, verified new folders could be created, and the programs still will not set names to anything other than on c:\

Are you using IPV6? no
Is the issue reproducible? unable to fix, so yes

I believe there was some problem with Windows mapped drives solved in 2.0.1 RC1, so can you try that? https://sabnzbd.org/downloads

That fixed it...now if I can just get all my downloads to work again, beginning of this month, all my files stopped downloading, have good connection to newsgroups, have plenty of space, have plenty of block left from blocknews....ugh, and a nagging wife wanting to watch her shows

have the same problem, i can't set the incomplete or complete folder to my network-drive z:\ like dizzytt
I try to update to the version 2.01 RC1 and i try to reinstall the new version complete but it still don't work. Only c:\xxxx is accepted as path
Do you have any idea to fix it?

Did you try to restart both the pc and sabnzbd?
Is sabnzbd running with enough or at least simular permissions to the user who created the share?

What if you use the direct network path? \\192.X..
