SABnzbd 2.0.0 and SAByenc

Hi Ubuntu users,
The SABnzbd PPA is rolling out SABnzbd 2.0.0 alpha 1.
SABnzbd 2.0.0 really likes "SAByenc"; it makes decoding (and thus downloading) faster. You need to install it separately.
