- Are you using the latest stable version of SABnzbd? Downloads page.
- Tell us what system you run SABnzbd on.
- Adhere to the forum rules.
- Do you experience problems during downloading?
Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Downloading slow on Windows Server
I am running windows server 2012 r2 and downloads are only about half my connection.. around 16MB/s on linux I get around 36MB/s It doesnt matter whether I am running as a service or not

Sabnzbd doesn't work well with Windows Server.. I have no clue why..

I just updated to the new 2.0 alpha and it seems to be downloading more consistently at 34-36 MB/s but still randomly drops to 14 at times.. Thanks for the reply.

That's good to know! Because that's more than twice as fast, so clearly we fixed something else as well.
