Using 1.2.1 with Sonarr (2.0.0.4613) on QNAP. Works perfectly except History is removed automatically within 10 to 20 sec of TV (successful) download. Two category entries.

Category Priority Processing Script Folder/Path Indexer Categories / Groups
Default Normal +Delete CharTranslator.py /share/Enter.... N/A N/A
tv Default Default Default

So one option is that Sonarr deletes them, which it has an option for in it's settings.
You can easily check this by just adding a job normally, without Sonarr. If it then disappears, it's not Sonarr.

If that happens, it might mean your history database is corrupt. You can fix this by just deleting it (the file is in the same folder as your sabnzbd.ini, which is listed in first page of the Config).
Shutdown SAB first before doing that.

For people new to Sonarr (for QNAP) be aware that under "Settings > Download Client > Completed Download Handling" & "Settings > Download Client > Failed Download Handling", that when "Remove" switch is set to YES it will remove SABNZBD history should the download succeed or fail. Use these switches at your discretion.

Thanks Safihre I never knew Sonarr would be removing SABnzbd History.
