Everytime a download goes to processing I get a Restarting because of crashed assembler. I've tried re-installing, running in compatibility mode, uninstalled my anti-virus.

Any ideas on what could be happening?

We are aware and have made a fix for he upcoming 1.2.1 release!

For now you have stop this from happening by setting Action when encrypted Rar is detected to Off and empty the list of unwanted extensions.
