I've looked in the wiki for answer to my question but I didn't find anything in-regards to it
my question is simply how can I manage the download queue because when I add multiple articles in the download queue all start downloading at the same time
what I want is to download one article at a time when the first one is finished downloading the second starts.

You can try the 'Only get articles for top of queue' option.

Thank you for the reply, but this options didn't help. two articles are downloading at the same time

It will do so when the top download isn't available on your primary server but the second one is.
I think right now there is no way to stop that..
