I am using Sabnzbd 4.9 and I have it configured with a completed, incompleted and cache folder. I have finished 3 downloads now all over 5G's. When they leave the queue and go to "History" they are marked as done, but they are still in the incomplete folder and not all of the rar files are there. I am new to newsgroups am I doing something wrong? nzb files came from matrixnzb and were not many days old. When I try unraring them, i get a crc error.

are all the rar files downloaded ?
Did you check the sfv to see if all files are there

no, thats the problem if you go to the queue and click show files, they appear to have completed, but they are not showing up in incomplete or complete folder

I downloaded 5 or 6 files last night, and nothing is in the complete folder and some do not even have parts in the incomplete folder, under history they are there with the time downloaded etc, on the right it says
Status: Queued, My history shows i downloaded 50Gb last night, where are these files going?

have a look in your settings
Maybe it loaded a different folder than you are thinking it will go into

I'm no longer having this issue, I was uploading NZB files remotely so I got home and created a folder and starting uploading them locally and the downloads started finishing.
