Sabnzbd doesn't work on the network

So before I installed new windows 10 and got the new Sab version I could access the sabnzbd on my desktop from the laptop by just doing 192.168.1.66:8080/sabnzbd/ but now I can'. It just gives me an :
This site can’t be reached
192.168.1.66 took too long to respond.
Search Google for 192 168 8080 sabnzbd
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
Any fix?

Solved, just to leave host empty.

Usually the best is to put 0.0.0.0, doesn't that work?

Yes you are right, that one is better option I just didn't read it.
Shouldn't it be default 0.0.0.0 like before ? It took me a really long time to find out what was wrong.

Default is localhost so it's only available on the local machine, otherwise sabnzbd might accidentally get exposed to the Internet. Only when the user wants network or Internet access, he can pick it!
