Downloads not progressing -

This is the message from the SNB server status.

Probable account sharing [481 (remote) gn;gn903569: max number of simultaneous IP addresses reached]

I have logged in to the giganews account and the dashboard status suggests there are "No current connections"

I can still download from Giganews using Mimo.

This is a windows 7 machine.

FYI- This is a shared account.

Please advise.

What happens if you lower the number of connections a little bit?
It has always worked? Only failed today?

This has worked previously.

I was able to snatch a few things off of Sonarr on Friday but Couch Potato was not able to download.

This was the first time I received the warning message regarding a shared account.

Today i was not able to get anything working.

I just checked and the downloads are working now! I didn't change a thing.. What the hell!

Usually Sunday's are problematic for many servers, because so many people download stuff. So servers get overwhelmed.. It also happens to Astraweb for example.
