Hello,

I'm using MacOS Sierra 10.12.1 and SABnzbd 1.1.1.


If I add a nzb file to the queue, and then click the folder and then check all of the files except for 2-3 and then remove the files I don't want, it still stays at 0% complete in the queue (in 1.0 it goes to 94% done or whatever). Then when I unpause sabnzbd, it will download one of the files I wanted and then it goes to the history with "Aborted, cannot be completed". The folder is still in the incomplete directory with only one of the files I wanted to download.

The log says =

2016-12-03 15:16:34,221::DEBUG::[nzbstuff:1276] Download Quality: enough=False, have=108310516, need=2431038660, ratio=0.0445531853451
2016-12-03 15:16:34,221::DEBUG::[nzbstuff:1033] Abort job "blah blah blah", due to impossibility to complete it

If I use 1.0.3 everything works as expected and I can choose specific files and download them without any issue.

This problem happens in 1.1.1 with any nzb file I tried it with. The NZB files download without any issue when downloading the whole thing, so this isn't a retention issue.

Any ideas?



(edit) - I tried erasing the db/sab files in SABnzbd/admin and letting them be remade, but that didn't help.

Interesting, I never tried this so it am not sure what changed between versions.
But in indeed it's possible that such a use case is not handled properly.
Let me investigate!

It wasn't checked in 1.0.3 but when I switch to 1.1.1 it's checked.

After I unchecked it in 1.1.1 yes now it does download the files I want without complaining. It still stays at 0% when removing the other files (unlike 1.0.3) but otherwise works fine.

Found the bug, will be fixed for next release.
