Stuck on "waiting"

Since the 9th November, I have had a file stuck on"Waiting". I have searched and searched, and have tried everything short of uninstalling to fix it.
I've tried -c, --clean, rebooted the machine, restarted Sickbeard and SABNZBD, etc., and nothing seems to be working.

Can anyone offer any insight as to why I can't remove this?

Have you tried the Purge History button? At the bottom right.

Yup, it removes everything but that one. And the inline purge button is greyed out as well.

Just to note, I had a download paused in the main queue (it was password protected), when I ran -c, that download got cleared, but the one above still remained.

Shutdown SAB, then you can delete the file postproc.sab in the admin_dir
Location depends on your platform https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/advanced/directory-setup

That didn't work, but deleting history1.db cleaned it out.
