No, it's the same as 0.4.9, just less bugs.
There is an option to cancel the security feature (not recommended of course).
I updated the release message, it was indeed a bit confusing.

I'd waited running 0.4.9 untill Episode Butler had been updated.
Didn't want that broken again
What would I do without my tv?
