last week i upgraded from 103 to 110, after that i coulnt download anymore.

I use WHS2011 icw AIRVPN.

on my other computer with Win10 icw AIRVPN it worked fine
i tried: reinstall sabnzbd/airvpn/firewall in all combinations, nothing works

downgrading back to version 103 did the trick, so i think there is a compability problem with WHS2011
because it makes sense to run sbnzbd from a server, this could be a problem

What happens without the vpn?
Can you try to go in Config > Switches and turn Sever load balancing to Disabled?

I have the very similar issue except on Linux x64. Whether on VPN or not, Sabnzbd 1.1.0 gets < 100Bps. The connection is fine. Using PAN, I have the full, normal download speed to the same servers, with and without VPN.

Please try 1.1.1RC2

with and without VPN download stays at a max of 18kb/s (should be 3,4 Mb/s)
and by downgrading to ver 103 (keeping settings) it works fine
