No Par2 Files and Non-matching Duplicates

Hey, So I've been having a strange problem over the last 24 hours. All my downloads (all of them videos, through Sickbeard) have been completing but the final file size is smaller than expected and during playback chunks are missing.
In SABnzbd all the files are reported to have a large number of non-matching duplicates and 'No Par2 Sets'. I tried downloading different versions of the files but they all have the same problem.
I use Astra (unlimited) and blocknews, OZNZB as my indexer. I tried downloading a file through nzbclub and it completed with no 'non-matching duplicates' but there were still no Par2 Sets.

I haven't changed anything in my settings recently and before this everything has worked perfectly. Is this a problem on my end with SABnzbd or on the server/indexer side? I'm fairly new to all this and would appreciate any help :)

Set SABnzbd to paused.
Then load the NZB again.
Inspect the file list, does it make sense?
