server requires username and passord - help

server requires username and passord - help

I have the server info filed out correctly. The username and password for the server is filled out as well. I've checked it over and over again to verify it is correct. But whenever I do a test server i get the message "server requires username and password". Any ideas as to what could be going on?

Which SABnzbd version? If 1.1.0 RC4: there is a bug in there with Test Server, see https://github.com/sabnzbd/sabnzbd/issues/673

Workaround: just download.
