SabNZBD all of a sudden has a strange habbit of stopping downloads at 99 or 100 %, with no reason given. They just stop, and continue to stay in the queue. No idea whats happening, what can I do?

What version are you on?
1.1.0RC1 or 1.0.2?
You can see that in the first page of the Config.

In 1.1.0RC2 or 1.0.3 these problems should be fixed.

New on the forum and just wanted to help out (hope I dont rape the thread).

Windows 10 (Anniversary Update (build 14393))

Right now I got 2 100% and 3 99% that do not finish.
Often when this happen, SABnzbd stops downloading. This happens 1-2 times per day.
I use my workstation as current mediaserver, so I take a look in the web UI now and then.

What I did now was:
1. Pause 99% and 100% downloads and then start them again
2. Check if I get any down speed, didn't change anything
3. Ran Queue repair
4. Often this will work (have some troubles with SABnzbd web ui wont restart after queue repair, so I tend to kill the SABnzbd process, and start it manually after it has restarted)
4.a. Just a log, saying that the port already is in use.

5. Download speed is up to 70-80% of my max which is OK (better than 0kb/s).

Is there any configurations I can do to stop the files get stuck at 99/100%?
The problem is often not that it is stuck, it is that it prevents the rest of the queue to download.

Only Get Articles for Top of Queue: Unchecked
Check before download: Checked
Download all par2 files: Unchecked
Enable Quick Check: Checked

Can you try upgrading to SABnzbd 1.1.0RC3 (see https://sabnzbd.org/downloads)?

It seems that this version resolved that issue.

Off topic:
Now though, SAB wont download if I'm not setting all the items in the queue to force.
It goes down to 0kb/sec with normal. If I change them all to force, they reach a good download speed.
Hmm, strange.

That's weird, we haven't heard of that.
Can you click on Download-log in the Status window and send it to safihre@sabnzbd.org? In this new version it will include an anonymized copy of your settings, so we can check if it's maybe a setting

And of course, all is resolved after the night.
Yesterday I restarted SAB, computer, queue repair and all. But nothing downloaded until I set Force priority.
Today, all downloads works with normal
