Hello,
I have using sabnzb since couple years ago, yesterday when I am shutdown sabnzb client and defrag my windows 10 box (upgraded from windows 7 back in Jan), I can't start my sabnzb.
So I am download new sabnzb and replace my old sabnzb.
it works like a charm.
Today I am just realize that I can't access my sabnzb, so as soon I got home I check my setup it's turn out the remote access is turn off so I choose full control.


I tried to access my sabnzb using my public ip but it said the web page took to long to respond, so basically I can't access it from my external networks.
this the list that I already do

• I check my portfoward in my router there is no problems it still the same.
• I already check my antivirus (eset) firewall rules, there is no problem at all since I can access it within my local networks and also in remote setup I set it as 0 (all) so everyone can access it without any problems.
• I tried to check sabnzb.ini but I can't find any setting for remote / external access.

so I need your help guys, what I should check now?

What is the value of "host" on Config->General?
It should be either the local IP address of your system (check it) or 0.0.0.0
Check also the port.

Aha that's do the work.
it was my local ip, but after I am change it 0.0.0.0 it works like a charm, it seem after change the no access to remote, I am forgot to look at the host listening to.
BTW there is one strange thing, I change it back from 0.0.0.0 to my local ip, I can still access it from remote but before that I can not access it via remote, it even asked me to restart sabnzb after I press save button, yesterday it didn't asked me to restart, I have to push restart button manually, maybe there is some glitch in my windows box.
but for save I will put 0.0.0.0 as you suggested to make sure I can access it from everywhere
