Can't access GUI on local Machine

Been using sabnzbd for years no issues. Recently I had to get a new modem from Comcast TG1682G. I also needed a new router TL-WR1043ND.
When I start a SBZ file it runs sabnzbd and it works. But when I try to access "Show interface" Nothing come up. It times out. Other than the router and modem I haven't changed anything. Use Chrome as default browser disabled all extension no ad blockers,etc. Ran antivrus and Malware scanner, results, nothing.

Thanks in advanced.

Let's find out on which port SABnzbd is listening:

Method 1: TCPview https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sys ... 97437.aspx
Method 2: netstat http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/28609/ho ... n-windows/
Method 3: Stop sabnzbd. open a CMD box, go to the directory sabnzbd-console.exe and run sabnzbd-console.exe. Look for a line containing "Starting web-interface on"

And possibly (I have no Windows, so I can't check myself):

Method 4: SABnzbd-icon somewhere in your Windows bar ... right-click on it ... does it say/offer anything?

local host is 8085

2016-07-15 01:30:24,881::INFO::[SABnzbd:1522] Starting web-interface on 127.0.0.1:8085

When I right click in the taskbar i can click on all option "open download folder" "shutdown" which work. But I can't connect to the interface.

Strange. What if you use IE / Edge / Firefox to access http://127.0.0.1:8085/sabnzbd or maybe https://127.0.0.1:8085/sabnzbd ?

Is SABnzbd running at all?

What does TCPview (https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sys ... 97437.aspx) say about SABnzbd and port?

You are not using a proxy or a VPN, are you?

If you have a firewall, can you disable it temporarily?

Thanks for following up. SABnzbd was running and it downloaded a file when I figured out I couldn't access the interface. Well I took a long shot and reset my TCP/IP settings and it worked it's back to normal.
