TOO MANY CONNECTION ERROR 482

Hi guys
it s been more than a week now that i have this error message each time i want to start to download a file...
downloading starts normally and then i have this error message 482 and the download speed drops and drops until it reaches zero and stops.
is there any problem at the moment ?
it is coming from my server (usenext) ?
