Cannot access web interface with RC3

I have just updated to RC3 and now when I click the system tray icon it no longer works. To be clear it opens
https://127.0.0.1:9090/sabnzbd/ yet
https://localhost:9090/sabnzbd/ works. I'm using Windows 10.

i have a similar yet different issue, just upgraded from RC2 to RC3 a few mins ago (Windows 10) and can no longer access sabnzbd using
http://192.168.1.110:8888 (yes this is the IP of my machine and the ports i set.)
http://192.168.1.110:8888 - fail - "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"
http://localhost:8888 works
https://localhost:9090 works
https://192.168.1.110:9090 works

Did you connect one port to http and the other to https?

Confirmed.
Work-around: Enable the option Config->Special->ipv6_hosting and restart.

thankyou, all good, undid the workaround, upgraded to RC4, back to normal now

This is why we have RC-s.
Although those are not supposed to have such serious errors.
