    Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
    Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

    Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

"Failed Moving" error message

I'm running sabnzbd on a mac, and keep getting the failed moving whatever file it is, every time it finishes download. I have it set to unrar, and move it, but it doesn't do those two steps. Any ideas?

Have you checked the path where SABnzbd is supposed to move the files to?
Does it exist? Are the access rights OK?
