Failed download holding up post-processing

I had a download fail, and now it is in the history with status "Moving...", and that is preventing any of the other completed downloads from post processing, they are all stuck on "Queued". Deleting it from the history doesn't work, nor does purging all history. I've also tried shutting down and restarting sabnzbd, but that doesn't help either. The history page say:
Stage Download
[Time-Taken]: 27 minutes 29 seconds
[Failed]: Download failed - Out of your server's retention?
[Avg-Speed]: 720kB/s
for the failed download.
ETA: Running 0.4.9, WinXP SP2, Windows Installer

It does also give the error:
2009-04-19 20:13:26,813 ERROR [sabnzbd.misc] Failed making (D:\newsgroup\Episodes\_UNPACK_. filename)
how can i remove this file from sabnzbd without resetting it?

Tried reinstalling sabnzd but it has made no difference. the file is still stuck. How can I just remove this one file?
I've got 18 other files queued up but I can not remove this stuck file its all in limbo.
I have gone through and delete all the files downloaded with the stuck file but it has also made no difference

Future (after 0.5.0) will address this problem.
In the current design there's no way to avoid this problem 100%.
It's especially sensitive to incorrect terminations.
