I have a problem when I download series.
When I download series I get "server out of retention".
I have this only when I download series. Movies or other files don't have a problem downloading.
I checked the following options but that's not it.
NZB file is not older than a couple of days. I have a 900 days retention on my server (sunnyusenet).
I have the problem on all my series. Different seasons.
Manual added nzb and the files send by sickbeard no deference.
When I add downloads using a website (dutplanet.net) all the files download without problems except series.
I send the series to the same location as my other download so rights doesn't seems to be the problem.
The serie starts downloading but the speed is around 4kkb/s.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.
