I am running a windows 10 machine and everything has been working great for months. Windows just updated and now I can no longer access the web interface for SABNZBD. Until today i would access the web interface by typing http://localhost:8080/sabnzbd/ and it would start the web interface in that tab. Now I get an error indicating
This webpage is not available
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
When I use the icon in the tray it tries to open http://127.0.0.1:563/sabnzbd and says the page isn't responding.
I think windows has updated today and I am thinking it changed some settings but I don't know how to get SABNZBD back up and running.
Any thoughts?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Try the tray icon and than Troubleshoot > 127.0.0.1:8080 so it tries again to use the normal port.
If still nothing, open the log and see what the entries are since you last did this restart.
