Hello there.

I'm very new to Sab & Usenet.. I am running UBuntu Server with SabNzbd and I will get the error "Unpacking failed, an expected file was not unpacked' sometimes.. When I perform a manual 'retry' sometimes it rebuilds.. I have tried turning off '64 bit tools' in config - special.. Didn't help.. It's strange because it only happens sometimes.

Any help anyone can provide is very appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Which version of SABnzbd?

Is the reported file actually missing or is it unpacked anyway?

Thanks for responding.. I apologize I'm pretty new to Linux/Sab.. Here is an example of what's going on (it seems to be happening around 50% of the time now with downloads):

I'm getting error like this:

Sometimes if repairing doesn't work and I just re-download the NZB it works... Same NZB..

That's an old version. You could start by getting the most recent version by adding the PPA: http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/install-ubuntu-repo

On my system, with the current SAB (0.8.0 Beta3), the NZB you provided downloaded without problems
