After doing a quick search on the Forum I see that the 'stuck in queued status in History was a bug last year.

I'm running the latest version 0.4.8 are there still the same issues?

Or is there some configs that might be set incorrectly ?

Most likely is some crash during post-processing.
What happens when you shutdown and restart SABnzbd?

After a restart they now show status Failed in History.

[Failed]: Download failed - Out of your server's retention?  (not sure what that means)

and a few others are showing

[UNPACK]: => No post-processing because of failed verification (but it shows that for over 10 different downloads?)
