Bit of a newb here. I THINK SSL is working, but I'd just like to check I have set it up OK.
In SAnzbd under my usenet server I entered port 563 and all the details provided by the usenet supplier, checked the SSL button and test server, The box says OK, so save and exit.
In Sonarr I have set SABnzbd to port 9090 and enabled SSL. I ran test connection and it comes up with sucessfulls, so I saved it and use that connection.
The trouble is although everything seems fine, it also seems to easy in that I haven't had to give it any self signed certificates. Is it really that easy to set up? Is that all I have to do to get SSL working securely?
Thanks

Re: Have I set up SSL right?
If port 563 is used, then 99% of Usenet servers will insist on using SSL.
Both SABnzbd and Sonarr will create self-signed certificates automatically.
If you tell a web browser to use HTTPS, it will.
