Sort not working as expected

Hi, first time poster long time viewer,
Love the software, however im recently having a issue with the sort functionality, when my downloads get sorted they are moved to the correct folder but on some of the files the name is not processed.
bear in mind im not sure if this is because the posters have changed the convention of how they are posting the nzb's or if its an recent bug. here is a rundown.
Original nzb name
s***n.204.hdtv-lol
Pattern
%sn S%s/%s.n.S%0sE%0e.%e.n.%ext
Output
S***n S2\s***n.204.hdtv-lol
Expected Output
S***n S2\S***n.S02E04.hdtv-lol
Output from sort test
S***n S2\S***n.S02E04.hdtv-lol
Note that the folder path is always correct, seems like after its created the folder path no more processing is done. If i copy and paste the same original name into the sort test it processes it correctly and i can copy and paste the name to the file to correct it. Just a lot of Faffing around when i think it used to process correctly automatically.
