download speed Mac El Capitan

I use "supernews" server in Mac (el Capitan) and the speed is incredibly slow it takes a day and a night to download 20 GB file , I use the same "supernews" sever in my Windows 10 and download the same file 20 GB in about 1 hour. My download wifi speed is 80 MBS, please advise !
