[Beta] [Bug] Deleting from queue generates errors

Sometimes when deleting an item from the queue, an error is thrown, such as:

Saving /.../__ADMIN__/SABnzbd_nzo_TU9dCE failed

There are two hard things in computer science: cache invalidation, naming things, and off-by-one errors.

Known problem. Some race condition.
Is being investigated.
