Ubuntu 15.04 (Upstart) no Autostart

Hey guys,
i am just running a freshly installed Ubuntu 15.04 where I switchted back to Upstart. So I just configured the /etc/init.d/sabnzbdplus script to my needs and when I start it manually, it will work without any problems..
BUT the autostart doesnt work at all... I tried setting it S99 already and also did try to disable it and put a small script in rc.local, which starts /etc/init.d/sabnzbdplus.. but neither did work. What information can I bring up, to see where the problem is ?
Edit: Setting the user to "root" starts fine after booting.
Just to mention, I have an encrypted system partition and encrypted home folder, but that shouldnt make the difference?
