unrar with passwords from password file

Hi there!
I already searched a lot, but i didnt find my solution.
I put the right password in the right file, double checked it because of being ascii, wrote it new one with vi, double checked the folder/path setting for the password file in the config. Everythings seems to be right, but unrar with a password out of the password file didnt work. Yes, i 'm able to unrar with winrar and if i put the password into the name of the queue item seperated by a slash or with {{pw}} unrar works fine.
Here is a log with the hopefully interesting parts
Is there anyone, who knows how to fix? By the way, my sabnzbd is running on a Readynas, which is a nas server, as the name already told
