Really need help with annoying problem!

Hi guys, basically my problem is downloads.. i am using dognzb with sickbeard and when an episode of lets say the flash for example is snatched it will start downloading in sabnzbd but the time for completion will be like 1000 hours so i was thinking oh maybe it's an incomplete nzb which i know happens sometimes so i downloaded the nzb from dognzb the same one that was snatched and opened it up in newshosting and it downloads no problem... please, if anyone can shed any light on this issue i would be so grateful, thanks.

and also after a couple of mintues it fails with the error Download failed - Out of your server's retention? which it's not because it's only like 30 days old

Out of your server's retention means it wasn't found on the server, i.e. it was removed by DMCA Takedown.

But why can i download it on newshosting program ?

Most major Usenet providers receive DMCA takedowns at the same time.
Only more obscure non-American sites ignore those.

It's possible your indexer is sending it to you before it's propagated to your server. I know there was talk about adding a propagation delay into SABnzbd 0.8.0, but I don't know if that ever materialized.

You said you're using DOGnzb and Sickbeard. I imagine Sickbeard has a way to delay, but if it doesn't, then I know if you're a DOGpass member you can add a delay in your profile settings.
