Sabnzbd managed to successfully download and repair files, how do I force it to unpack and clean up?

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Make sure the Default category in Config->Categories says "+Delete" in it post processing column.
