I can no longer open .nzb files from Windows (API Warning)

Prior to today, I had a fully working sabnzbd on my PC. I then installed SickBeard and tried to configure both programs using backup config files from my laptop, to restore all of the same settings. There were a few issues with getting the correct directories to work, but after a lot of fiddling SickBeard, SabToSickBeard and Sabnzbd were all working fine. I can select any show on SickBeard, search for it via SickBeard and it will automatically open in Sab, download successfully, then extract/process to a directory, cleaning up all the leftovers.

However, I am now unable to load .nzb files from Windows/Firefox directly into Sabnzbd. If Sab grabs a file from Sickbeard it's fine, but if I manually download a .nzb to add, nothing happens on execution and I receive the following error message:

API Key incorrect, Use the api key from Config->General in your 3rd party program: 127.0.0.1>curl/7.20.1 (i686-pc-cygwin) libcurl/7.20.1 OpenSSL/0.9.8r zlib/1.2.5 libidn/1.18 libssh2/1.2.5

This error message is consistently the same, no matter which .nzb file I try to load from windows explorer (or open directly from a website).

Re-install SABnzbd and tell the installer to associate NZB with SABnzbd.
Your settings will remain intact.
