At one point in time I was playing with the scheduler seeing if i could enable and disable a speed limit on the fly
now there is currant;y no schedule in the scheduler but under speed limit in the bottom left it reads 15360 and if I delete that value it comes back every time I restart Sabnzbd.. the scheduler is empty so how do i delete that value so it wont come back on restart

There's also a speedlimit in Config->General
