Starting up problems to open program

Problemen met opstarten SABnzbd en krijg in kladblok dit te zien: Problem with SABnzbd.exe 0.4.7 Welcome to SABnzbd.exe 0.4.7 -
What does the error message say?
Otherwise try the program SABnzbd-console.exe and see if that show error messages.
