I've downloaded two seperate files on the same day however end result differs between two files.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.

It looks like a setup problem in SickBeard.

I have most of the processing being done 100% its only on occasion that this happens. Should I be asking in Sickbeard forum?

Probably; the URL is of the webserver of SickBeard.
Somehow the SickBeard script (launched by SABnzbd) cannot reach the SickBeard server.
I don't recognize it as a SABnzbd problem, but that could be just my ignorance about SickBeard.
Possibly one of the people on this forum knows what's going on,
but you'd better ask the question also on the SickBeard forum.
