Sometimes some releases does not work.. like missing something or not enough repair blocks or whatever.

is it possible to force a search for new release because it tries to fetch the same release every time.

Using a front-end like SickBeard or CouchPotato may help solving this.
Or an NZB site that offers alternative NZBs (e.g. oznzb.com).
