I have my computer set up to go to sleep after 30 min,and i have sabnzbd running in the background and have it scheduled to only download from 2 am to 7 am in the morning,is there a way to have my computer in sleep mode and then at 2 am it would wake up by itself so sabnzbd could start downloading then turn back off after it reaches 7 am?

Some remarks

1) This is a pure hardware question, and not related to SABnzbd. Tyring to find help here is like asking "how can I repair my car's back light" in an Asia travel forum ...
2) I think you don't know what Wake-on-LAN means; see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wake-on-LAN for an explanation
3) I did a RTFM for you http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/Soc ... A97_R2.pdf saying and something that might be useful:
Power On By RTC [Disabled]

[Disabled]
Disables RTC to generate a wake event.

[Enabled]
When set to [Enabled], the items RTC Alarm Date (Days) and Hour/Minute/
Second will become user-configurable with set values.
