Hello,
I am a relatively new user and I use Newztown to download my nzb's. I also use Chrome as my web browser with the SABconnect++ to direct by nzb's to sabnzbd. Lately whenever I click the SABconnect++ icon a message pops up saying that "cannot connect to SABNZBD. Check it is running and setting are correct".
I have confirmed multiple times that my API numbers are all correct and that my url is correct but it won't work. Any help would be appreciated.

Check your connection in Status and Interface settings window.
Use Test Server in Config > Servers.
We will probably ask you to do a test using only basic settings. - Do you experience problems during repair or unpacking?
Enable +Debug logging in the Status and Interface settings window and share the relevant parts of the log here using [ code ] sections.

Remove the add-on and re-install it.
