Langzame snelheid

Ik gebruik sabnzbd al een tijdje en al die tijd zonder problemen. Nu heb ik sinds vandaag ineens dat mijn download snelheid blijft steken op 1kb/s. Sluit ik de pc rechtstreeks aan op het modem van Ziggo, dan pakt ie wel gewoon de volle snelheid. Probleem zit hem dus in de router, maar ik zou niet weten wat. Iemand een idee?
