Remove files with no file extension?

Hi,
Can sabnzbd remove files that don't have a file extension via the cleanup section? i.e.
Better still, does anyone have any ideas as to why these files are being downloaded like this? I am using the lastest version of Sonarr and SAB 0.7.20
I tried increasing the folder_max_length ( 128 ) setting but it didn't have any effect on the downloading of these "no file extension files".
Many thanks

Did you try filling out
''
(so: two single qoutes) in the cleanup_list?

Hi,
Yes, I have now tried that and it doesn't affect the files, they still appear. Thanks for the suggestion though.
Any other ideas welcome

Can you PM me (the link to) the NZB containing files with no extension?
Do you know how to run a python post-processing script on your Windows?

OK, got the NZB. When I download it with SABnzbd, it just results in clean directory with one file: the mkv file. There are no other files.
I had a look at the sabnzbd log file:
Code: Select all
$ cat .sabnzbd/logs/sabnzbd.log | grep "is a match for"

So the files you see left over are the rar files themselved, which should be deleted by SABnzbd automatically. Proof:

So ... do you see those log lines in sabnzbd.log?
Only when I set the Processing to "+Unpack" (so no Delete), I do get the MKV and all the files above ... but with the extension r01 ... rar

MANY THANKS!
I found the cause of my issue with your help. I had stupidly added .r00, .r01, .r02, .r03, .r04, .r05, .r06, .r07, .r08, .r09, .r10, to my clean up list when I was using the +UNPACK option so i could delete the leftover compressed files. I subsequently changed to +DELETE but forgot that .r00, .r01, .r02, .r03, .r04, .r05, .r06, .r07, .r08, .r09, .r10, were still in the clean up section. I assume that my compressed files were being deleted before they could all be uncompressed.
Removing .r00, .r01, .r02, .r03, .r04, .r05, .r06, .r07, .r08, .r09, .r10, and using +DELETE has resolved the issue.
Thanks again for your help, i very much appreciate it.
