Solution that worked for me. If you cannot start sabnzb interface on a windows 7 64bit computer , try starting sabnzb in windows xp mode. right click on C:\Program Files (x86)\SABnzbd\xsabnzb.exe and select properties. then goto tab compatibility and select windows xp(service pack 3). Then save and start the program.

Having the exact same problem with my new Windows 8.1 64 bit machine. SABnzbd would simply NOT open in Firefox or Internet Explorer.
