Can only use C: drive as "completed download folder"

I have been using sabnzbd for two years in the same setup:

Got a laptop running sabnzbd (currently version 0.7.19) on Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit.
There is a network disc mounted as Y: and still has 160GB free.

Yet since about less than a week ago, I can't use Y: as downloads-folder anymore.
Sabnzbd always claims the drive would be full and when I try to change the "completed download folder" in the settings,
Y: Doesn't even appear, all I can pick from is C:

Going back to an older version of sabnzbd did not help either, so I think a windows update causes issues.
The weird thing is... I can access the drive in explorer and do whatever I want.
Just sabnzbd doesn't seem to find it.

What happens if you just type in the path?
Does it stay that way?
Are you sure access rights are OK? Can you write a file to Y:?

If I type in any path on Y: no matter which, it always complains, that it cannot create the folder, whether it already exists or not.
Via explorer I can access the drive any way I want.
Is the file/folder handling being done by the sabnzbd process or is another one responsible for it?

Arg, problem solved... I was running sabnzbd with administrator privileges.
Turns out the drive is only accessible WITHOUT admin rights...
Now it appears nicely in the selection list again.

Thank you for your help ;)
