I'm not an expert in this, but I'm pretty sure the category tag comes from your indexer, so you can't actually specify it.
SickBeard always sets the TV category.
Only NZBs that go directly into SABnzbd can have a different one.
Either manually or by mapping the indexer's category to your own.
